The Dewalt DW7440RS Rolling Saw Stand is a popular choice for users looking for durability and portability. The stand's footprint is 36"x36" unfolded and 24"x20" folded. The height to the saw mounting bracket is over 22¼", and with the DW744 table saw mounted directly to the top of the brackets, the height to the saw table top is 35¼". The stand will not fit the DW745 table saw, but most 10-inch saws should be compatible. The stand is not recommended for use with a DW715 miter saw or a planer, but it is compatible with the Dewalt DWE 7480 table saw. The stand is easy to assemble, albeit the instructions could be clearer. The stand's main selling point is its durability, ease of use, and portability. It is, however, too low for a miter saw and does not have the necessary height adjustment for that purpose.
