Many users commend its robust flavor, particularly praising its ability to enhance traditional Indian dishes such as curries, biscuits, and gravies. The oil's authentic aroma has also been highlighted as a significant benefit for cooking enthusiasts, contributing to a pleasant cooking experience. In addition to its culinary uses, several users have reported positive effects on hair health. Many have noted improvements in hair breakage and shedding when used as a pre-wash treatment. However, it is important to note that some customers found the oil's strong odor off-putting, which ultimately deterred them from continuing its use. Additionally, the oil's staining potential has been mentioned, with users cautioning others to be mindful of spills and to protect any fabric that may come into contact with it. Overall, while the mustard oil is praised for its taste and health benefits, its strong scent and potential for staining may not appeal to everyone. For those who are willing to navigate these issues, it offers an authentic and flavorful addition to both their kitchen and hair care routine. **
