Although the tapered detail brush is stiff and not effective in cleaning chain links, it is ideal for cleaning the sidewall. One of the brushes has a scrub pad, which can get gummed up with grease after use. However, according to a reviewer, gasoline can be used to clean this brush. While the set is good quality overall and made in the USA or imported, the durability of the bristles is lacking, and they tend to fall off before too long.
