    Answer: This lobby phone is perfect for that purpose. You can set up the phone line with the telephone company to automatically redirect to a telephone number of your choice once the phone is picked up.

    Answer: I found out the hard way that this is an analog phone and will not work with Voice Over IP (voip)

    Answer: It didn’t work on the phone we bought. Returned for that reason and still haven’t gotten my credit

Also, the phone may not be durable enough for some residents with advanced dementia who like to take things apart.
