Answer: I'm not sure but clay is soft enough it may work it is for leather it works good no leather -

Do I need to buy anything else to stamp a leather handbag? Will the impression last on faux leather?
Answer: You may need a hammer to hit the end of the handle and pls control the power, and must be used the vegetable tanned leather to carve, the faux leather will not be impressed. -

Can I use this in synthetic leather?
Answer: I have only used it on real cow hide and they leave a nice lasting impression, not sure how synthetic leather behaves, try making a depression in the synthetic leather first, if it holds the depression for more than a few hours it should be good. -
Question:
Re: my foil question, I was thinking more of heating the end and stamping? Would these be damages if I tried that?
Answer: Dear customer, the flame might make the end dark, and the heated end is dangerous during using, we do not recommond that. May I know the material you will use it to stamp on? -
Question:
Can i stamp on aluminum?
Answer: Not sure, I have stamp sets for metal, I only use this on leather. It's a good set the letters are a bit raised and thin for metal. I did try it on soft aluminum before I answered and it worked good I just wonder how they would hold use after long term.
