    Answer: No, Glitsa Clean is a water-based, pH-neutral wood floor cleaner that doesn't contain oils that collect dust and dirt on the surface finish.
  • Question: What is the mixdown ratio?

    Answer: 2 ounces per quart, and the original spray bottle is a quart (8 oz/gallon per Glitsa website) A: 1 cup of concentrate to 1 gallon of warm water or 1/4 cup concentrate to quart of warm water
  • Question: Can Glitsa clean hardwood floor cleaner be used on oil-finished hardwood floors? Applied with spray bottle, what is the process to use?

    Answer: I squirt the diluted Glitza on my floors and mop with microfiber--but the floors are finished with Glitza finish. If you just have tung oil or Danco oil on your floors, I really don't know how it will do. I do find that it works best when diluted to be just a little weaker than the directions on the bottle. I cut down all the proportions, so it is in a spray bottle, rather than making a gallon in a bucket.
  • Question: Do you need to wax your floor after using this?

    Answer: We do not need to wax the floor after using Glitsa. It is a healthy cleaner for the floor. Our hardwood look so good after using it.
  • Question: Since this is a concentrate, how difficult is it to dilute? What if you aren't exact in your proportions of water to Glitza clean?

    Answer: The easiest way to make a new mix is to wait until the qt bottle is nearly empty, then use a 2oz measuring cup to move the concentrate to the qt bottle and then fill with tap water. An old liquid laundry cup is usually 2 oz when it is 1/2 full.
  • Question: Can this Gritza floor cleaner be used on laminate or engineered hardwood?

    Answer: This product is designed for both products.
  • Question: When mixed properly, is this concentrate completely the same as the pre-mixed 32 oz spray?

    Answer: Haven't used the spray. Using the concentrate to mop we use a 'dollop' (about 1/8 to 1/4 cup) to a bucket and add tepid water. Sure makes our wood floors shine.
  • Question: Is Glitz Clean okay to use on bamboo flooring?

    Answer: The instructions state that it works on all wood floors. Does not specify type.
