    Answer: Net carbs are a scam, if it's 14g of carbs it's 14g of carbs period. Which is what normal buns are but cost 900% less. So what you are paying for is packaging to lie to you.

    Answer: Taste like crap and the shipping was super crappy took over 3 weeks to get
  • Question: How long is the shelf life if the package is unopened and refrigerated?

    Answer: In the fridge its food for a few weeks unopened, at least a week opened. It is not very good though.

    Answer: No. Simply freeze them and microwave the bun(s) on high for 30 sec. before using it.

    Answer: Yes the price is high and not exactly like 'regular' hot dog rolls. However, for me I now have a hot dog and bun while still managing my carbs. I keep them frozen so they last a long time.
