Overall, it provides a comfortable and secure way to carry pets for a few hours or even longer. However, there are a few design flaws that may make this carrier less suitable for some pet owners. Firstly, the adjustable strap does not have a useful range of lengthening or shortening, making it difficult for very tall or short owners to carry the pet at their preferred level. Additionally, the drawstring and velcro tab can be problematic when trying to put the pet into the carrier or zip it up. The snap-hook near the drawstring can also get in the way and complicate the process of getting a non-docile pet in and out.
