Nutritionist's Take
The CASMON White Moonstone Oval Palm Stone is marketed primarily as an energy stone for anxiety and stress relief, rooted in the practices of crystal healing rather than traditional nutritional or dietary benefits. While proponents of crystal therapy claim that such stones can promote emotional well-being and balance, there is no scientific evidence supporting these health claims. Nutritionists typically focus on dietary choices that have tangible effects on health, such as whole foods rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Potential drawbacks include the risk that individuals may rely solely on crystals for mental health support, overlooking the need for evidence-based treatments. As such, while these stones may serve a decorative purpose or aid in personal mindfulness practices, they do not provide nutritional benefits or substitute for medical advice, making them suitable only as supplementary tools for wellness.
