UGREEN USB 3.0 Switch 2 in 2 Out, USB Switcher 2 Computers Sharing Keyboard and Mouse Printer Scanner Webcam, Printer Splitter for 2 Computers, 2

The Ugreen USB Switcher offers a convenient solution for sharing a single keyboard between two machines. Users have found it easy to set up and use with their work laptops and desktop PCs. The switcher's ability to quickly toggle between systems with the push of a button has been a standout feature for many customers. Additionally, the customer service experience with Ugreen was praised, with quick responses to inquiries about warranty information. Some users have noted minor issues with the labeling of inputs and outputs, which can be easily resolved by reversing cables if needed. Another common concern is that the switcher requires power from both machines to function properly, which may require an additional powered USB hub for older computers that do not keep USB ports active when powered down or in sleep mode. While the switcher may take a few seconds to recognize input changes, overall, users have found it to be a reliable and cost-effective solution for their needs. The inclusion of two high-quality USB cables also adds value to the product. However, there have been reports of the switcher malfunctioning after a short period of use, causing disruptions such as beeping sounds and disconnecting PCs. This led some customers to return the product for a refund. It is recommended to Consider the manufacturer's refund policy and warranty coverage before making a purchase.
