**** Customer feedback on this phone case indicates a mixed reception, reflecting both positive and negative experiences. Many users appreciate the level of protection the case offers, with several reports of phones surviving drops without damage. A notable reviewer mentioned dropping their phone from about 1.5m onto a hard surface and found that while the case may have popped off slightly, it did not sustain any damage—confirming its effectiveness in protecting the device. However, there is a clear concern regarding durability, as some customers reported issues with the case breaking after only a short period of use. One user expressed disappointment after experiencing cracks in both the camera protector and the screen area within two months. Additionally, there were mentions of the installation process being less than straightforward, which could deter potential buyers looking for convenience. Despite these drawbacks, several reviewers emphasized their satisfaction with the overall protective features and resilience of the case during drop incidents. The case is recognized for maintaining its color and integrity over time, even with frequent drops. The mixed sentiments on Construction quality indicate variability, particularly with newer device models like the iPhone 15, where some users felt the fit was subpar or not well-aligned. **
