Question:
Can you connect two separate sets to two different iPads or two to single ipad?
Answer: Yes we have done two sets to two iPads and to two iPhones - but not two sets to one device - yet -

Headphones are flashing ready to pair, but iPhone xr still don’t see it. i switched them on and off as well as bluetooth.
Answer: Have the headphones been used with another device? If so you need to disconnect the Bluetooth connection with the headphones on the other device first, then retry. -

My son is 6 and has a big head ( I think 50 cm circumference) would these be tight?
Answer: Couldn’t say for sure, but it fits an adults head. Hope this helps. -

How to perform factory reset? Mine won't connect because they are connected to an unknown device.
Answer: Not sure you can do it. But you can connect headphones with multiple devices. Just go your phone/device Bluetooth setting and connect headphones with your device. -

I bought these at Christmas. The Bluetooth has stopped working and are now only working as wired. Any help would be appreciated?
Answer: I cannot answer that question. I bought both of my granddaughters them for their birthday, they absolutely love them and never had a problem so far. -

They worked well for a month or so. Now they keep beeping. Have tried repairing. Any ideas what is happening?
Answer: They beep when they get to 40% power. -

Is saying connected to device but isn't working or showing in the Bluetooth paired items? Where can I get hold of a copy of the user manual?
Answer: It’s not connected to something else nearby is it? E.g Trying to connect it to your iPad/Tablet but your phone’s in your pocket? Also, I’d restart all devices including your phone, iPad/Tablet even if there’s nothing apparently wrong with it and see if you can establish a connection thereafter. Lastly, check for updates on your electronic devices. -
Question:
How easy are they for kids to switch between different devices? Our current headphones (Termichy) are a nightmare to move from phone to tablet etc.
Answer: It would depend on the age, my child age seven wouldn’t be able to, I found these poor quality anyway, had 2 pairs and sent them back within 2 weeks.
