Answer: You can actually cut pork on the meat or fish boards, or even the fruit or vegetable ones! -

Answer: Cutting with anything sharp will leave a mark, but it does not cut through the plastic. Both serrated and straight edge knives can be used. -

This is listed as having the holes but the video and manufacturer ad shows no holes. So does it have holes?
Answer: The ones I purchased do have holes on one corner. -
